Annecy city

Nicknamed the "Pearl of the French Alps", Annecy is a charming city located between lake and mountain. 

Visitng the city center itself is not very long, so it is best to take some time and enjoy the wonderful view on the amazing landscape surrounding it!

A little town in the Ile-de-France, situated on the river Loing as its name suggest, Moret-sur-Loing is famous for being a source of inspiration for the impressionists Monet, Renoir and Sisley.

 

It was a pleasant discovery - on a decidedly warm Spring afternoon!

Unfortunately, the weather was not ideal to easily explore the renowed Müllerthal forest near Echternach, with the heavy rains which made the path exceedingly muddy and slippery. 

But the view was definitely worth it!
