Macro photography again

A cloud of deliciously soft pink: we could almost forget they are flowers! My macro lens only could highlight them so well. 

How frail do these petals appear...Almost edible, don't you think? :-D

Pink everywhere

In front of my apartment building, all trees have started blooming in gigantic clouds of creamy white or blush pink. That's just so wonderful, with the petals being blown away when the wind becomes a little stronger :-)

Korean food

A very good friend of mine is an absolute lover of Korean things (...especially dramas), and as she's on vacation in this country right now, I wanted to take photos of some Korean dishes that I really like.

Hence a few pictures of bibimbap (rice mixed with vegetables and meat - beef here) and kimbap, a Korean equivalent of the Japanese futomaki. 

There are lots of other Korean food that are just as delicious, I'll try to take more pictures next time :-)

Those little dogs were so cute, I couldn't resist taking some pictures of them...
As they were constantly running after each other, it was really difficult for me to finally get clear and no-blur pictures!

Pigeons & co.

A few hours looking at those pigeons and trying to catch them (with my camera, not my hands^^), how exhausting! Tracking birds' emotions is not an easy task, I assure you...

At last,trees are blooming again! A few more months and insects will start buzzing around everywhere, which is the thing I want to photograph the most right now.

Of course I couldn't miss the opportunity to play with bokeh again and again :-)

Spring was not here yet last weekend so I could not shoot any flowers. I had to catch up with leaves :-)

And well, though it was definitely not like in my imagination, it was a really nice place to visit - especially the little port with all the sailboats...

I tried a super nice restaurant today - with a colleague of mine - in the thirteenth arrondissement. Obviously it was Asian food (and more precisely Chinese food) :-D

I just loved the taste of all the starters I ordered. We shared together to gather more of each sort and they were all delicious.
