Or more precisely, the St-Laurent presque-isle since it can be reached on foot at any time. It was a very rainy day, and the landscape seemed particularly dramatic!

Kériolet castle
Near Concarneau, a must-visit place: the castle of Kériolet, a splendid neo-Gothic monument and its park.
It was the former residence of a 19th-century Russian princess who was a fervent lover of Brittany and was largely inspired by Breton symbols to decorate the castle.

Old Concarneau
The walled town of Concarneau, built in the 15th and 16th centuries, is surprisingly small compared to some other walled cities, but has an undeniable charm.
Especially when one captures by chance an amazing rainbow after a heavy downpour!

Provins medieval fair
As mentioned on their official website, the Medieval Festival of Provins is a 2-day fair where troubadours, acrobats, artisans, merchants of the medieval period are scattered throughout the medieval town of Provins.
They perform dances, music, games, jousting, street performances - cheered at by many fully-costumed enthousiasts :-)

Mountain view
As I am not familiar with mountain landscapes (I usually go the seaside on vacation), I was completely astonished by the effect a mountain brings to the sight.
They seem so massive and unreachable when you look at them from the ground... And the view is so stunning when you climb to the top!

Around the lake
A common way to discover Annecy lake is by rneting a bike and cycling around it on the dedicated lane, which makes it safer than the very busy roads.
A little stop from time to time to snap some pictures... And back on the saddle!
